Track 03

Turn AI from a tool into a working rhythm.

The value appears when AI work becomes repeatable: capture context, choose the next move, review the output, share progress, and improve the system each week.

Lesson 4a

Define your next 30-day project.

Pick one project that is meaningful enough to sustain attention and small enough to review weekly. The assistant should help you protect focus, not add more tasks.

  • Write the project outcome in one sentence.
  • Choose one weekly milestone and one measurable proof of progress.
  • List what you will deliberately not do this month.
Lesson 4b

Stay accountable without over-managing yourself.

Use a simple check-in: what happened, what blocked progress, what will happen next, and what the assistant should remember.

Copy the weekly check-in prompt
Help me run a weekly AI project review.

Ask me for:
- What I shipped or learned this week
- What got stuck
- What I should stop doing
- The next concrete milestone

Then summarize the plan for next week in a short checklist.
Lesson 4c

Share the project before it feels finished.

Sharing forces clarity. It also creates feedback that an AI assistant cannot invent. Keep the update simple: problem, progress, next step, and one question.

Private share

Send a short update to one trusted person and ask for one specific reaction.

Public share

Post the project direction, what you learned, and the next thing you are testing.

Lesson 4d

Improve the system, not just the output.

At the end of each week, update the instructions, prompts, and project notes. The system should become easier to use because you worked with it.

Review question

What did I explain repeatedly this week that should become a saved instruction, template, checklist, or example?
